What if I need to reschedule or cancel completely?

If you need to reschedule we ask that you reach out at least 7 days before your appointment to avoid penalty. If you wish to cancel, or do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

How do I know you are currently booking?

Our books are always open for new & existing clients. Please mention in your inquiry a time frame of when you are looking to set an appointment.

When should I expect an inquiry response?

You should receive a reply to your inquiry within 1-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and consideration of weekends and holidays. We are a small business and operate as so.

Pre-drawn Designs by Brittany:

— After you purchase a pre-drawn design you MUST send an email to brittanymtattoo@gmail.com in order to book your appointment for that design. Make sure to send a photo of the area on your body as well as a description of the design. Please email promptly after purchase to secure your appointment in a timely manner.

— The total price of your design is reflected in the amount listed. You will not have a balance to pay at your appointment but are still welcome to tip if you'd like to do so.

Is shipping included?

Yes, unless otherwise stated.

Will I receive a tracking number?

A confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout that will include your tracking number.

When will I get my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days through USPS Ground. Delivery can be anywhere from 3-7 business day after its been dropped off at USPS.

What if I ordered the wrong product or size?

Please email me directly at loveandempathyllc@gmail.com with any issues related to your order. As long as the other item or size you are wanting is still in stock as is the same price, I will make the necessary changes to your order before shipping.

How much do custom rugs cost?

Pricing will be determined by the size of the piece, amount of colors needed, and over-all complexity of the design.

How long does a custom rug take to be made?

This depends on current work flow and the size of what you are looking for. Rush orders will have an additional processing fee.

How much will it be to ship my custom rug?

Shipping ranges from $15 and up. We try to factor in shipping when we provide a price for you piece.
